Cooperation
In providing education, the department of Crisis Management maintains close cooperation with the Department of Special Tasks of the Regional Office of the Zlín Region and with the Department of Crisis Management of the City of Uherské Hradiště. Experts from these institutions are involved in teaching the following subjects:
- Crisis and emergency planning.
- Crisis planning.
- Crisis management and security system of the Czech Republic.
- Processing of written and graphic documents in crisis management.
Students get acquainted with the functioning of companies mainly through excursions, which are regularly realized, for example, in the following important companies:
- Škoda Auto a.s.
- Volkswagen Slovakia a.s.
- Agrotec a.s.
- Čepro a.s.
It would be a sin to let modern technical equipment and a creative team of workers be idle, so in addition to pedagogical-research activities, the Institute of Crisis Management also offers cooperation to those interested in the corporate sector. In particular, it can offer professional analyzes and consulting services in the following areas:
- Identification of risks in the organization, their analysis, and evaluation.

- Analysis of processes in the organization and design of their optimization.
- Analysis of investment decisions and related risks.
- Preparation of crisis scenarios and emergency plans of organizations.
- Analysis of promotional activities of the organization and a proposal for their optimization.
We also offer the organization of workshops and seminars, the solution of joint scientific research projects, as well as cooperation in finding newly qualified staff, for example in the form of internships and internships or cooperation in solving bachelor’s and master’s theses.
