Science and Research
To our mind, science is a clear way to develop our field, move forward and improve ourselves in our area of focus. The Department staff actively seek new knowledge and regularly participate in international conferences. Here, we exchange experience and knowledge with the professional community. This ensures that our instruction lacks neither in quality, nor in topicality. This is why scientific research activity forms one of the priorities of the Department of Logistics. Department of Logistics is currently implementing the following project plans:

- Strategic TBU Zlín project OP VVV (participation of members of the Department of Logistics).
As part of the successful project “Logistic Centre”, supported by European Structural Funds, we have built a logistics laboratory with modern software to perform simulations of production lines and modelling of traffic flows in the context of urban planning. For the needs of the logistic layout, the lab is also fully equipped with software of the AUTOCAD group.
