Lectures by Experts from the European Commission at the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management

The Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management , in cooperation with Eurocentrum Zlín UV ČR and the European Commission, is organizing a series of expert lectures as part of a unique program focused on current topics in European policy and energy. These lectures will be delivered by highly qualified experts directly from the European Commission.
The first lecture will take place on March 21, 2024, and will be led by Lukáš Veselý, a representative of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations. The lecture will focus on financing and investment issues within the European Union and foreign investment funds. It will also cover the EU volunteering program and internship opportunities in various EU institutions.
The second lecture will be held on April 22, 2024, and will address the topic of “Nuclear Energy and Security.” The expert lecture will be delivered by Lenka Budínová, a representative of the Directorate-General for Energy. In her lecture, she will analyze the legal aspects related to nuclear energy, security, and the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).
These lectures offer a unique opportunity to gain insight into current challenges and trends in European policy and energy. They are open to all students and staff of FLCM.
