Call centrum FLCM
8. October 2020The call center at the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management in Uherské Hradiště was established in cooperation with the Regional Hygiene Station of the Zlín Region. This center is part of the E-veils project and aims to trace people who have been in contact with a positively tested person. It can be a close family, classmates (cantors) in the classroom or others.
Students involved in this project gain practice in their field and at the same time help to improve the current situation.
Information from the call center:
- During the first 4 days of operation of the call center at our faculty, 42 students participated in volunteering.
- Regular training of new volunteers by employees of the regional hygiene station Uherské Hradiště.
- Students who engage in volunteer work in the call center are excused from teaching.
- There is a reservation system in operation, with which students book shifts that suit them.
- The shifts take place in two cycles, from 8 am to 12 noon and then from 12 noon to 4 pm from Monday to Friday.
