Pupils from Academic School try out how to handle emergencies

Emergencies come unexpectedly – and that’s why it’s good to be prepared for them.

Today we had the opportunity to visit the Academic School again, where we held our second training session focused on practical training in handling crisis situations as part of the Conscription Education: Man and Emergencies course.

This time we visited the 8th grade students, who in a safe and playful environment tried out how to behave when the going gets tough. It wasn’t just about theory – the 8th graders had a lot of practical tasks, which they mastered to perfection.

The whole programme was prepared for the school by academics from our faculty, which has long been dedicated to the topic of safety and the development of public protection in schools. We are glad that we can contribute to greater preparedness of young people for emergency management.

We thank the school for their kind welcome and look forward to seeing them again!
