
KRIZSKIL: Joint Czech-Slovak educational platform for crisis management and HR

The new Interreg SK-CZ KRIZSKIL project brings together experts from the University of Technology in Zlín and the Alexander Dubček University of Trenčín to create an innovative educational platform. The principal investigator of the project for TBU is prof. Zuzana Tučková, Ph.D.
🔹 What will the project bring?
✅ Establishment of two centres – for crisis management (FSEV, TnUAD) and for human resources management (FLCM, FaME UTB).
✅ Certified courses focused on crisis preparedness and soft skills development.
✅ Digital education with interactive elements, simulations and modelling of real situations.
✅ Knowledge and experience exchange between universities to better prepare for the changing labour market and security challenges.
🔹 Why is it important?
Today’s world faces increasing threats – from natural disasters to cyber attacks. At the same time, the job market is changing and demands for adaptability and crisis management are increasing. This project will help students and professionals gain practical skills and knowledge for the future.
🔹 What have we already done and what are we planning?
📌 The kick-off meeting of the project took place at FaME TBU Zlín on 12-13 March 2025. The expert teams discussed the needs of training in the field of HR and crisis management and prepared a plan for the development of training programs.
In the first phase of the project, an analysis of training needs will be carried out, followed by the development of interactive courses and open training modules.
