Exclusive workshop with Radim Pařík opened the door to the world of top negotiation
12. May 2025On 25 April 2025, 25 selected students from the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management at UTB attended an exceptional event – a full-day negotiation workshop with Radim Pařík, a world-class professional negotiator.
The workshop took place at the Faculty of Management and Economics of TBU in Zlin and brought participants an unforgettable experience full of intense learning, inspiration and practical skills.
Radim Pařík, who has negotiated over 2000 contracts worth tens of billions of crowns, introduced students to tactics and approaches used by the FBI and top managers. His goal was to teach students how to negotiate confidently, strategically and with empathy – skills they will use not only in their professional lives but also in everyday communication.
