20. February 2025The Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management of Tomas Bata University in Zlín has become a proud partner of the Regional Entrepreneurship Camp for Youth from the Zlín Region, which will take place in March and April 2025. This important project has received the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty, prof. Ing. Zuzana Tučková, Ph.D., who emphasized the importance of education and development of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds with her support.
The camp, organized by 4SYOU and professionally guaranteed by the ZET Foundation of Professor Milan Zelený, is intended for young participants from children’s homes, shelters and foster families. Through workshops, discussions and meetings with entrepreneurs, managers and experts, it brings them valuable knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, financial literacy and personal development. At the same time, it draws inspiration from the Bata principles of management, which have a strong tradition in the Zlín Region.
“Supporting young people in their personal and professional growth is crucial, especially if they come from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management is happy to support projects that help young people gain practical skills and the courage to do business,” said the Dean of the Faculty, prof. Ing. Zuzana Tučková, Ph.D.
The project takes place in cooperation with the Faculty of Management of UTB, the Zlín Region and local companies that play a crucial role in the development of the regional economy. It is also under the auspices of the Governor of the Zlín Region Radim Holiš.
Thank you to all organizers and partners who help young people take responsibility for their future! 💡🚀
