Academic staff with more than 23 years of university teacher experience at several universities in the Czech Republic (Moravia). From 2006 to 2014 he worked as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. From September 2014, he works as an associate professor at the Institute of Population Protection, Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management in Uherské Hradiště (Tomas Bata University in Zlín) with a working time of 1.0. Here he is a guarantor of the follow-up Master’s degree program, the study program “Society Security”, a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty and a member of the Board of Study Programs of the Faculty. Professional focus: on industrial chemical safety, dangerous substances, new threats to terrorism – chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear terrorism, population protection, population preparedness for emergencies and crisis situations.
